Purpose

The monthly financial review session provides a dedicated time to walk through your completed financial reports, ask questions, and gain clarity on your business performance. This session ensures you understand your numbers without requiring ongoing real-time support.

What’s Included

The Bronze program includes up to 1 hour per month of live video support via Zoom.

During this session, you may:

• Review your prior month’s financial statements

• Discuss year-to-date performance

• Ask questions about your reports and transactions

• Clarify Uncategorized items or financial activity

• Gain a better understanding of your financial position

This session is designed to support review and understanding of completed financials, not ongoing advisory or real-time bookkeeping.

How It Works

• Meetings are scheduled through ABBL’s scheduling system

• Sessions are typically held after monthly financials are completed

• The meeting is limited to 1 hour per month

• Time must be used within the month and does not roll over

Additional Meeting Time

If additional support is needed:

• Additional Zoom meetings can be scheduled

• Billed at $150 per hour

• Subject to team availability

Relationship to Communication Model

This session serves as the primary opportunity for real-time discussion within the Bronze program.

• Day-to-day communication remains asynchronous via the client portal

• More complex or detailed conversations are best handled during this scheduled meeting

Client Responsibilities

To get the most value from your session, clients are expected to:

• Schedule their meeting in advance

• Review financial reports prior to the meeting

• Prepare questions or topics for discussion

• Attend on time or provide notice to reschedule

What Is Not Included

This feature does not include:

• Ongoing advisory or strategic financial planning

• Unlimited or on-demand meetings

• Real-time bookkeeping or live transaction processing

• Deep financial analysis or forecasting

Additional advisory services may be available through higher-tier programs.

When a Change Order or Upgrade May Apply

A change order or upgrade may be recommended if:

• Additional meeting time is consistently required

• The conversation shifts toward advisory or strategic support

• More frequent interaction is needed

Clients requiring ongoing guidance or deeper financial insight may be better suited for Gold or Platinum services.
