What This Means

Businesses with annual gross sales at or below $300,000 are typically well-suited for the Bronze program.


At this level, businesses often have:

  • Lower transaction volume

  • Simpler operational workflows

  • Limited need for advanced accounting processes

  • A focus on maintaining organized, compliant financial records


The Bronze program provides the right level of structure without introducing unnecessary complexity.


How ABBL Uses This Guideline

This revenue range is used as a benchmark for fit, not a strict cutoff.


ABBL considers:

  • Transaction volume

  • Number of accounts

  • Operational complexity

  • Need for additional accounting workflows (AR, AP, etc.)


A business slightly above or below this range may still be a good fit depending on these factors.


What ABBL Does Internally

ABBL uses this guideline to:

  • Ensure clients are placed in the appropriate service tier

  • Maintain alignment between workload and service scope

  • Identify when a business may be outgrowing the Bronze program

  • Recommend upgrades when additional support or complexity is introduced


When a Review or Upgrade May Be Recommended

As your business grows beyond this range, you may begin to need:

  • More frequent or detailed financial reporting

  • Visibility into Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable

  • Increased transaction volume support

  • Additional advisory or financial insight


At that point, ABBL may recommend:

  • Adding services to your current program, or

  • Upgrading to a higher-tier plan such as Gold or Platinum


What Is Not Included

This guideline does not guarantee:

  • Suitability for businesses with higher complexity, even if revenue is below $300,000

  • Ongoing support for businesses that significantly exceed Bronze scope

  • Advanced accounting workflows or advisory services
