This project establishes a clean financial foundation so your ongoing Bronze services can be delivered efficiently and accurately.


What’s Included

The Initial Clean Up / Set Up Project may include:

  • Bringing your books current for prior periods (catch-up work)

  • Correcting miscategorized or incomplete transactions

  • Reconciling bank and credit card accounts

  • Organizing and standardizing your chart of accounts

  • Cleaning up financial reports for accuracy and usability

  • Preparing your books for ongoing monthly bookkeeping


This is a one-time project, scoped separately based on the condition and complexity of your existing records.

Clients who enroll in Monthly Bronze ongoing services with a minimum 2-month commitment will receive:

How It Works

  • ABBL evaluates the current state of your books

  • A fixed-price quote is provided for the cleanup/setup project

  • The 30% discount is applied when Bronze services are selected with a 2-month minimum commitment

  • Cleanup is completed before or alongside the start of ongoing monthly service


Client Responsibilities

To complete the cleanup efficiently, the client is responsible for:

  • Providing access to accounting systems and financial accounts

  • Supplying historical records, statements, and documentation

  • Responding to questions and clarification requests in a timely manner


What Is Not Included

This feature does not include:

  • Ongoing bookkeeping services (covered under your monthly Bronze plan)

  • Unlimited historical reconstruction without available records

  • Forensic accounting or audit-level investigation

  • Tax preparation or filing services


When Additional Costs May Apply

Additional fees may apply if:

  • The condition of the books differs significantly from initial assumptions

  • Additional months or accounts are discovered during the process

  • Required documentation is missing and requires reconstruction work

All changes in scope are communicated and approved in advance.
