Hubdoc is a secure third-party platform that allows you to fetch statements, forward email receipts, snap photos of documents, and upload files directly into your accounting workflow, no more tracking down receipts or digging through email threads.

You can log in to your HubDoc account to see the documents you've already uploaded, and if you have a stack of receipts you'd like to manually upload instead of emailing them, then simply log in to your HubDoc account to upload documents from anywhere!


We will also give you a custom HubDoc forwarding email address that you can use to send all your accounting paperwork to! This is a secure and phishing-free email that is only ever a one-way push.


Your job is to simply snap photos or scan your receipts and paperwork, then either email to HubDoc (to your custom forwarding email address provided during your onboarding) or upload to the program directly.


Your ABBL team takes it from there so you can get back to work! We will review your paperwork at the frequency your accounting package is and post what is needed to QuickBooks for you, or ask questions about your paperwork in our Qount Client portal.

Because we teach HubDoc to read most of your recurring paperwork, it helps us with your Accounts Payable process! But we also use it to review any customer estimates or invoices you need us to enter into QuickBooks. We do that part manually if included in your program (Platinum). But for vendor bills and receipts, HubDoc helps us make fast work on your paperwork processing so you can get to bill pay approvals faster! HubDoc can not only sync with QuickBooks Online, but also with many other file storage systems! So by sending your paperwork to your bookkeeper, you could also have it automatically routed to your Google Drive, OneDrive, Box, or other file storage service.



As part of our bookkeeping process, we will review every document sent to HubDoc and save it in its correct alphabetical folder. This makes downloading archived files a breeze when needed!



HubDoc then becomes your online filing cabinet to reference any document you send inot your bookkeeping team!




From coding tranasctions to search for an old receipt, everything can be located in this system, even text on PDF's from years ago!
