Initial Clean-Up / Set-Up Discount (10% with Starter Enrollment)

Clients who enroll in the Starter program and commit to a minimum of two (2) months of ongoing service are eligible to receive a 10% discount on their initial one-time clean-up or set-up project. This helps reduce the upfront cost required to bring your books into a clean, organized, and workable state before ongoing services begin.

What This Feature Includes

This discount applies to the initial project required to prepare your QuickBooks file for ongoing bookkeeping. This may include cleaning up prior transactions, organizing accounts, correcting balances, setting up your chart of accounts, and ensuring your file is ready for accurate year-end processing. The exact scope of the clean-up or set-up project will be defined and quoted separately prior to work beginning.

Eligibility Requirements

To receive the 10% discount, clients must enroll in the Starter yearly program and maintain the service for a minimum of two (2) consecutive months. The discount is applied only to the initial project and does not apply to ongoing monthly service fees or future work.

How the Discount Is Applied

The discount is applied to the quoted price of the clean-up or set-up project and will be reflected in your proposal or engagement agreement. This is a one-time discount and cannot be applied retroactively once the project has been completed or if the service commitment is not met.

What Is Not Included

This feature does not include the clean-up or set-up project itself as part of the Starter subscription, does not apply to additional clean-up work discovered after the initial scope is defined, and does not apply to any future projects or add-on services.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing access to their existing financial records, QuickBooks file (if applicable), and any requested documentation needed to complete the clean-up or set-up project. Delays in providing information may impact timing or require scope adjustments.
