What Your Dedicated Bookkeeper Does
Your Dedicated Bookkeeper is responsible for managing the day-to-day bookkeeping workflow, including:
Performing daily transaction posting and categorization

Applying class tracking and job costing where applicable
Monitoring transaction activity and identifying missing or unclear items

Portal communication is the most efficient and fastest method, as the entire ABBL team can collaborate and respond
Email responses are typically acknowledged within 1 business day but may require up to 2 business days for a complete response if research or internal review is required
Availability & Communication Boundaries
The Dedicated Bookkeeper operates within ABBL’s standard business hours and structured workflow system.
This means:
Communication is asynchronous, not real-time
Immediate or same-minute responses are not guaranteed
Services are not provided on nights, weekends, or holidays

Continuity & Team Support

The Dedicated Bookkeeper serves as your assigned accounting professional responsible for completing your monthly bookkeeping work within the Bronze program. This role ensures consistency, accuracy, and familiarity with your business by having one primary team member responsible for maintaining your financial records each month.
What’s Included
In the Bronze program, your Dedicated Bookkeeper works on your account once per month as part of the monthly bookkeeping cycle. This includes:
Reviewing all submitted financial documents and bank feed activity for the prior month
Posting and categorizing transactions in QuickBooks Online
Matching transactions to bank feeds
Attaching available source documents to transactions
Identifying missing information or unclear items
Creating To-Do requests in the client portal for clarification
Preparing your books for reconciliation and accountant review
Compiling your monthly financial reports
Additionally, your Dedicated Bookkeeper participates in the preparation of your year-end financials, which are delivered for your review and approval in February following the completion of January reporting.
