The Gold Program includes Live Remote Support with Weekly Response Time, giving you structured access to ABBL’s team for ongoing questions, clarification, and financial guidance.

This feature ensures you are not left waiting for answers, while maintaining a clear and efficient communication structure.


What Live Remote Support Includes

Clients enrolled in the Gold Program may:

  • Schedule up to one (1) hour per week of live video meetings

  • Communicate with the team through the client portal with a standard response time within one business week

  • Receive guidance, clarification, and support related to their accounting and financial reports


Live meetings are conducted via secure video conferencing platforms such as Zoom.


All communication is supported within ABBL’s structured workflow system to ensure consistency and accountability.


How This Support Is Used

Live support sessions and ongoing communication may be used to:

  • Review financial statements and overall performance

  • Answer questions about bookkeeping entries and reports

  • Discuss accounts payable and outstanding obligations

  • Review payroll activity and basic payroll-related questions

  • Clarify sales tax filings and reporting

  • Walk through month-end financials

  • Address general accounting-related questions within the scope of your services

These sessions are intended for clarity and understanding, not for executing bookkeeping work during the meeting.


Important Scope Clarification

Live Remote Support in the Gold Program is designed to provide:

  • explanation

  • clarification

  • general guidance


It is not intended for:

  • CFO-level strategic planning

  • detailed financial forecasting or modeling

  • tax strategy or tax planning

  • complex advisory or consulting projects


More advanced advisory support may be provided through upgraded services or higher-tier programs.


Scheduling & Availability

  • Meetings must be scheduled in advance through ABBL’s scheduling system

  • Availability is based on real-time calendar openings

  • Meetings are first-come, first-served

  • Same-day or emergency meetings are not guaranteed

All scheduling is coordinated through the Scheduling Assistant.


Weekly Response Time Standard

In addition to scheduled meetings:

  • Client portal communication is responded to within one business week

  • Some inquiries may be addressed sooner depending on complexity

  • More complex questions may require internal review before a full response is provided


Monthly Time Allocation

  • Live meeting time is allocated at approximately 4 hours per month

  • Time operates on a “use it or lose it” basis

  • Unused time does not roll over to future months


What’s Not Included

This feature does not include:

  • On-demand or real-time support outside scheduled meetings

  • Unlimited communication or advisory access

  • Execution of bookkeeping tasks during meetings

  • Financial forecasting or KPI modeling

  • Tax advisory or tax planning

  • Business strategy consulting

Client Responsibilities

To maximize the value of this feature, clients are expected to:

  • Schedule meetings in advance

  • Use the client portal for communication whenever possible

  • Provide clear and complete questions

  • Stay within allocated meeting time

  • Come prepared for scheduled sessions


Internal Team Execution Standard

Internally, ABBL is expected to:

  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely responses

  • Maintain structured communication through approved channels

  • Align meeting discussions with the client’s financial data

  • Stay within defined scope and time allocations


Scope Boundaries & Escalation

This feature may move beyond standard scope when:

  • communication becomes excessive or unstructured

  • requests shift into advisory or consulting work

  • additional meeting time is regularly required


In these cases, ABBL may:

  • recommend additional meeting time

  • issue a change order

  • recommend upgrading to a higher service tier
