Overview 

The Platinum Program includes a 90% discount on the initial clean-up and/or set-up project when clients enroll in Daily Platinum ongoing services with a minimum 2-month commitment.


This feature is designed to significantly reduce the upfront cost of bringing your books into a clean, accurate, and operational state so that ongoing services can begin efficiently.



Core Purpose

The purpose of this feature is to:

  • Lower the barrier to entry for high-quality accounting services

  • Allow ABBL to properly set up or clean up your books before ongoing work begins

  • Align onboarding investment with a longer-term service relationship



What the Clean-Up / Set-Up Project Includes

The initial project may include:

  • Clean-up of existing accounting records

  • Correction of prior transactions and balances

  • Setup or restructuring of the chart of accounts

  • Bank and credit card account setup and integration

  • Configuration of systems and workflows (QuickBooks, HubDoc, etc.)

  • Preparation of the accounting system for ongoing service


The scope of this project is defined in your initial proposal and onboarding agreement.



Discount Structure

  • The initial clean-up / set-up project is discounted by 90%

  • The remaining 10% is billed as part of onboarding

This discount is applied only when enrolling in the Platinum Program under the required commitment terms.



Minimum Commitment Requirement

To receive this discount, clients must:

  • Enroll in Daily Platinum ongoing services

  • Commit to a minimum of 2 consecutive months of service

This ensures that ABBL can recover the investment made during the heavily discounted onboarding process.



Early Termination Adjustment

If the client:

  • Cancels services before completing the 2-month minimum commitment

Then:

  • The discount may be reversed, and

  • The remaining balance of the clean-up / set-up project may become due

This ensures fairness and prevents misuse of the discounted onboarding structure.



Important Scope Clarification

  • The clean-up / set-up project is a one-time service, separate from ongoing monthly services

  • Additional clean-up work identified after the initial scope may:

    • Require a revised quote, or

    • Be handled as an additional project



What Is Included

  • Full onboarding and system preparation

  • Transition into ongoing Platinum services



What Is NOT Included

  • Unlimited or undefined clean-up work beyond the agreed scope

  • Waiver of fees if the minimum commitment is not fulfilled

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing all necessary documentation during onboarding

  • Participating in the setup process as needed

  • Committing to the required 2-month Platinum service period



Internal Team Standard

Internally, ABBL is expected to:

  • Deliver a clean, accurate, and properly structured accounting system

  • Complete onboarding efficiently and thoroughly

  • Prepare the client for successful ongoing service
