Overview

The Platinum Program includes up to 88 hours of total team effort per month, consisting of both internal bookkeeping support and live advisory time.

This combined effort provides a fully supported accounting system, including daily execution, oversight, reporting, communication, and strategic guidance.

Core Purpose

The purpose of this feature is to:

  • Define the total level of service capacity included in the Platinum Program

  • Clearly distinguish between internal work and live client-facing support

  • Align expectations around workload, communication, and advisory access

Breakdown of Included Monthly Effort

The 88 total monthly hours are structured as follows:

80 Hours per Month – Remote Bookkeeping & Internal Team Support

This includes approximately:

  • 20 hours per week (80 hours per month) of remote bookkeeping and accounting support

These hours are performed by the ABBL team and include:

  • Daily bookkeeping and transaction processing

  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable workflows

  • Payroll and sales tax support

  • Month-end close and financial reporting

  • Internal review, reconciliation, and quality control

  • Client communication and workflow management

These hours are primarily internal execution hours, not live meeting time.

8 Hours per Month – Live Remote Video Advisory Support

This includes approximately:

  • 2 hours per week (8 hours per month) of live Zoom meetings with your Dedicated Virtual CFO Advisor

These hours are used for:

  • Financial review discussions

  • Strategic guidance and advisory

  • Cash flow and performance conversations

  • Business decision support

These are client-facing, scheduled meeting hours.

Important: This Is Not Hourly Billing

The Platinum Program is not billed as a traditional hourly service.

  • The 88 hours represent included service capacity, not routine billable time

  • Clients are not charged for time spent within scope

  • ABBL allocates time across workflows to deliver a complete accounting system

Time Tracking & Transparency

ABBL internally tracks all time and effort across client accounts.

  • This tracking is used for capacity management, service quality, and scope monitoring

  • Routine detailed time tracking is not provided while work remains within scope

However:

  • If services exceed the included 88-hour capacity

  • Or if additional work is requested outside scope

Then:

  • ABBL will issue a change order or additional invoice

  • This will include detailed time tracking documentation, showing:

    • Work performed

    • Time allocated

    • Scope overages

Overage Rates (If Not Otherwise Specified)

If additional work exceeds included monthly effort and no alternative rate is specified in the engagement agreement:

  • Bookkeeping / Clerical Team Work → $75 per hour

  • CFO / Principal Accountant Advisory Work → $150 per hour

All overages are subject to client review and approval through a formal change order process.

Scope Alignment & Capacity Management

The included effort is designed to support:

  • Businesses within the Platinum Program’s defined transaction and complexity levels

  • The full suite of included features and workflows

If workload consistently exceeds capacity due to:

  • Increased transaction volume

  • Additional complexity

  • Expanded service needs

Then:

  • Additional fees may apply

  • A scope adjustment may be recommended

What Is Included

  • 80 hours per month of internal bookkeeping and accounting support

  • 8 hours per month of live advisory meetings

  • Total of 88 hours of combined team effort

  • Internal time tracking for quality and scope management

What Is NOT Included

  • Unlimited time or effort beyond the defined capacity

  • Routine delivery of detailed time tracking while within scope

  • Additional work beyond scope without a change order

  • Conversion to a fully hourly billing model

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Using advisory time within allocated limits

  • Scheduling meetings in advance

  • Communicating changes that may impact workload

  • Reviewing and approving change orders when applicable

Internal Team Standard

Internally, ABBL is expected to:

  • Track time accurately across all roles

  • Allocate resources efficiently across workflows

  • Monitor workload trends and scope alignment

  • Provide transparency when overages occur

  • Maintain high service quality within defined capacity

Client Training Explanation / Key Takeaway

The Platinum Program includes a high level of structured support, combining:

  • 80 hours of internal accounting and bookkeeping execution

  • 8 hours of live advisory and financial guidance

This creates a complete financial system where:

  • Your books are consistently maintained

  • Your reports are accurate and timely

  • You have access to expert guidance when needed

While ABBL tracks all time internally, you are not billed hourly within scope.

If additional work is required beyond the included capacity, it is clearly documented and reviewed with you through a structured change order process.
