Purpose

The Bronze program is designed with a defined level of monthly effort to ensure your bookkeeping is completed efficiently while maintaining a consistent and scalable service model. This structure clearly separates internal work from client-facing support.


What’s Included

The Bronze program includes a total of 5 hours of effort per month, broken down as follows:


Internal Accounting Work (4 Hours):

  • Dedicated Bookkeeper (monthly bookkeeping and transaction posting)

  • Accountant Review Manager (quality control review)

  • Scheduling Assistant (meeting coordination)

  • Internal Client Manager support


Client-Facing Support (1 Hour):

  • One monthly Zoom financial review meeting (up to 1 hour)


This structure ensures your books are completed and reviewed each month, along with dedicated time to walk through your financials.


How ABBL Uses This Internally

ABBL uses the 4 hours of internal effort to:

  • Complete your monthly bookkeeping

  • Perform reconciliations and internal review

  • Prepare your financial reports

  • Coordinate communication and outstanding items


The 1-hour meeting is reserved specifically for reviewing your financials and answering questions.


This is not hourly billing, but a guideline for expected effort within the Bronze program.


If Monthly Effort Is Exceeded

If the required work exceeds the included scope in a given month:

  • ABBL will notify you before performing additional work

  • Work may be paused and completed in the following month, or

  • You may approve additional work as a change order


Additional work is billed as follows:

  • $75 per hour for bookkeeping and internal team work

  • $150 per hour for Client Manager or advisory-level support and additional Zoom meetings


All additional charges are approved in advance and billed separately from your subscription.


What This Means for You

If your business fits within the Bronze program:

  • Your bookkeeping and reporting will be completed within the included scope

  • You will have a dedicated monthly meeting to review your financials

  • You should not regularly experience additional charges


If additional hours are frequently required, it typically indicates:

  • Increased transaction volume

  • Greater business complexity

  • A need for additional services or a higher-tier program


What Is Not Included

This feature does not include:

  • Unlimited internal work time

  • Unlimited meetings or additional live support

  • Ongoing out-of-scope work without approval


When a Change Order or Upgrade May Apply

A change order or upgrade may be recommended if:

  • Internal work consistently exceeds the 4-hour allocation

  • Additional meetings beyond the included 1 hour are required

  • Business complexity grows beyond Bronze scope

This structure ensures ABBL can deliver consistent, high-quality service while keeping pricing predictable and fair. It also clearly defines how time is allocated between completing your work and supporting you directly.
