Overview
The Gold Program includes up to 28 hours of total service capacity per month, which defines the total time allocated to support your bookkeeping, reporting, and communication needs.
This capacity-based structure ensures that services are delivered efficiently within a defined scope, while allowing flexibility to support your business as activity levels fluctuate.
Breakdown of Included Time
The total 28 hours per month is structured as follows:
24 hours per month allocated to bookkeeping and operational support
4 hours per month allocated to live video meeting support (approximately 1 hour per week)
All services provided within the Gold Program are delivered within this total monthly capacity.
Bookkeeping & Operational Support (24 Hours)
This includes time spent on:
Weekly bookkeeping and transaction processing
Account reconciliations
Financial report preparation
Accounts payable and receivable support (within scope)
Payroll and sales tax support (within scope)
Internal review and workflow coordination
Client communication and To Do management
Bookkeeping time is tracked internally to ensure alignment with program capacity.
Live Meeting Support (4 Hours)
Up to 4 hours per month of scheduled live video meetings
Typically structured as 1 hour per week
Governed by a “use it or lose it” policy
Unused meeting time does not roll over to future months
Additional meeting time may be provided at an hourly rate if requested.
How Capacity Is Managed
Total service time is tracked on a monthly basis
Work is performed within the 28-hour allocation
Capacity is managed across all features included in the program
This ensures a balanced and sustainable level of service delivery.
What Happens If You Reach the 28-Hour Limit
If monthly service time approaches or exceeds the included 28 hours:
ABBL will notify you in advance
You will be given the option to:
Pause additional work until the next cycle, or
Approve additional time at the applicable hourly rate
Standard hourly rates:
Bookkeeping / operational support: $75 per hour
Advisory / meeting time: $150 per hour
Ongoing Capacity Monitoring
ABBL monitors service usage over a rolling 90-day period.
If your business consistently requires more than the included capacity:
Additional services or add-ons may be recommended
A program upgrade may be advised to better support your needs
What This Feature Is Intended to Do
This feature is designed to:
Define clear service boundaries
Ensure consistent and efficient delivery
Align workload with pricing and program level
Provide flexibility for occasional fluctuations in activity
What’s Not Included
This feature does not include:
Unlimited service time
Automatic continuation of work beyond approved capacity
Rollover of unused hours
Ongoing overages without approval
Client Responsibilities
To support efficient use of service capacity, clients are expected to:
Provide timely and complete information
Respond to To Do requests promptly
Use meeting time effectively
Communicate priorities when workload increases
Internal Team Execution Standard
Internally, ABBL is expected to:
Track time usage across all services
Prioritize work within available capacity
Communicate proactively as limits are approached
Maintain alignment between service delivery and program scope
Scope Boundaries & Escalation
This feature may trigger scope adjustments when:
workload consistently exceeds included capacity
business complexity increases
additional services are requested beyond standard scope
In these cases, ABBL may:
issue a change order
recommend add-on services
recommend upgrading to a higher service tier
Why This Matters
A defined capacity model ensures:
predictable service delivery
clear expectations
alignment between workload and pricing
It also allows your service to scale appropriately as your business grows.
The Bottom Line
The 28-hour monthly capacity ensures your bookkeeping, reporting, and support are delivered within a structured and sustainable framework—while providing flexibility for growth and clear options when your needs expand.
